SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders ship from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 4-8 business days after processing. Please note that during the first days of a product launch or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes free tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way. If your tracking has not updated in several days, feel free to contact us and we will look into it right away.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at storegrowlab@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before the package ships.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still cannot be located within 3 business days, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
