REFUND POLICY

At AquaPaws, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at storegrowlab@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos of the issue and we will make it right at no extra cost to you — with a free replacement or a full refund.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
